REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final! No refunds under any circumstance. In case there is a defective/wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer!

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY:
If a package is returned to us because the customer put an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping afterward! PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE PURCHASING!

LOST PACKAGES POLICY:
We are not responsible for lost packages on behalf of the delivery partner!
